Southern Idaho Cyclocross Series

Welcome to the information portal for the SICX Series. It is time to start thinking Cross! The last few local mountain bike and road races are upon us, and it is time to start switching gears. There have been some changes to the race series, but the one sure thing is that there will be plenty of racing in the valley! Between the Eagle Island Cyclocross series, the SICX series and the Broken Spoke Training Races, there will be no excuse not to be ready for Nationals in Bend. You might even be cooked by then.
There were big hopes for this series, and as we move forward we are eager to make them happen.

There are three races in the Eagle Island Series with the November 7th race also counting towards the SICX Series.
Broken Spoke Cycling will have a total of 4 training races this year. Let's just say there are a lot of double weekends. Everyone should have a chance to race- no excuses.

We are working out the details and will post more as it comes. We just want to get everyone up to speed and on the same page. It is going to be a great season, come have some fun!
Stay tuned for Prizes, Sponsors and the rest of the in's and out's!

  1. Charles mentioned to me that the categories have changed for this season. Can some one bring me up to speed on this.

  2. The categories are the same, but we will be running everyone in two races. We are trying to make the fields a little more competitive through the whole cross season.
You will still be scored the same. We will post later today all the info for the races.
